Duplicate scoreboard
Duplicate board refers to weight control systems that are used to display weight information from weighing devices to additional boards. These redundant boards are usually located at a distance from the weighing platform or weighing place and serve for easy observation and access to weight data.
The main purpose of a back-up board is to provide weighing information at more remote locations for product weight monitoring, transport control or any other weighing related process. They can display data such as total weight, weight of individual items, total weight of weighed lots, as well as other relevant weights.
Duplicate boards are usually connected to the main weighing system or other weighing equipment through communication channels such as cables or wireless connections. They receive signals from the weighing system and display weighing information on their own screen. Some duplicate boards may have the ability to adjust font sizes, backlight brightness, and other display options to ensure maximum readability.
The use of redundant scoreboards helps provide convenient access to real-time weighing information for operators, observers or other interested parties. They facilitate efficient control of weighing processes and can be particularly useful in situations where weighing data must be monitored from remote or inaccessible locations.
