Model 3410 (Tedea-Huntleigh) is a low-profile strain gage designed for high-precision platform weights, pallet scales and processes that require weighing. The strain gauge 3410 is a 0.53 inch hole. Strain gauges are resistant to shock or lateral loading; Available sensitivity options are 2 or 3 mV / V. Complies with OIML, NTEP, BASEEFA and Factory Mutual standards. Long-term reliability provides a nickel coating and tightness of the structure. For use in aggressive or corrosive environments, there is an option in a stainless steel housing. Two additional signal wires transmit information about the voltage reaching the strain gauges. This voltage is applied to the corresponding electrodes; thus, full compensation of changes in the resistance of the terminals resulting from temperature variations and cable stretching is ensured.
