Unox XV393 series CHEFLUX combi steamer is designed for baking confectionery and bakery products and for warming up semi-finished products in stores and fast food outlets. The Unox XV393 steam convector is an injector type steam generator with a mechanical control panel. Only three main controls on the control panel allow you to set 3 basic parameters of the cooking process: temperature, humidity, time.
