The principle of the filter softener is based on the ion exchange of hardness salts (calcium) for sodium ions. Together with water, hardness salts enter the tank, where the cation-exchange resin is located. When passing through a cation-exchange resin, hardness ions are replaced by sodium ions in the resin, providing softening of the water at the outlet of the tank.

CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY DVA FILTER:

• A tap should be installed between the water supply system and the water softener, with which you can, if necessary, shut off the flow of water and also a check valve to avoid back pressure.
• Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to the water softener and make sure that they are well tightened.
