Truck scales Modernization (reconstruction) of mechanical truck scales

The weighing equipment factory LLC “Vagy Axis Ukraine” can update mechanical truck scales into electronic ones. Reconstruction of mechanical truck scales into the electronic allows to reduce costs compared with the installation of new scales since such expensive elements as foundation, weighing platform and weighing room are saved. As a result of modernization, the customer receives certified electronic scales (a new passport is issued together with a note of retirement to the bodies of State Committee of Ukraine for Standardization, Metrology and Certification and assignment of the serial number), increasing its life of service, the possibility of information accounting, its storage and processing.

 The modernized scales will consist of an existing (updated) platform and a weight processor connected by a cable. The platform rests on load cells with insertion assemblies installed on special supports (concrete pads with embedded items). A weight processor produced by AXIS (Poland) is to be installed in a room near the window, which opens onto the load platform and access road, in order to provide visual control of the vehicle that is being weighed. On the front panel of the weight indicator case, there is a digital indicator that the weighing results are displayed on.

 Modernization of old truck scales into electronic strain-gauge balance of LLC "Vagy Axis Ukraine" is carried out pursuant to an Agreement.

The provider (LLC “Vagy AXIS Ukraine”) performs the following complex of services:

• arrangement of its representatives' visit of weighing site for technical expertise;
• development of technical drawings for processing of the platform and foundation of the weight;
• supply of electronic components (strain gauges, insertion assemblies, a weight processor, a junction box with a summation unit, cable and other components);
• installation, fettling, calibration testing of scales;
• conducting a metrological test;
• preparation for submitting to State Committee of Ukraine for Standardization,Metrologyand Certification;
• staff training.

Warranty period - 12 months.
