Bunker scales are designed for weighing raw materials in bunker tanks. The cargo is weighed directly in the container in which it is stored, which reduces the duration of the production cycle. The weight hopper is used for loose (sand, gravel, cereals, etc.) and liquid products. Bunker scales are manufactured individually, to the size of the customer's capacity and mounted on strain gage sensors. The signal from the load cells is summed in the junction box and transferred to the indicator of the weight processor. The maximum load is selected depending on the task (default 300 kg, 600 kg, 1500 kg, 3000 kg, 6000 kg, 10 tons, 20 tons, 30 tons). The weight of the container is registered in the weight memory. These scales have special functions that make it possible to see the residual mass of the raw material even when the power is turned off. Depending on the shape of the support or bunkers, a different number of strain gauge sensors 1,2,3,4,5,6 of different models can be installed. For different operating conditions, steel strain gauges with protection level IP67 or stainless steel with protection level IP68 can be used.
